Monitor/facilitate processing of progress billings and accomplishments
Formulate and /or improve guidelines and procedures in the processing of various
claims to conform to contract provisions;
Analyze the impact of any claims and changes to the scope of the contracts as they
affect project cost and schedule;
Maintain and update unit cost analysis of all pay items and assess the impact of
any increase/decrease to the cost of the project as necessary and to future claims
Receives all daily activity reports of works engineering; evaluates and tracks in
conformance with contracts requirements.
Receives all requests for payment of progress billings, variation/extra work orders, time
extension, work suspension; checks compliance with document requirements for all
requests; reviews and expedites the processing of requests for recommendation to the
Project Manager.
Reviews contractual issues and recommends resolutions to the Construction Manager;
prepares Contract Variance reports and submits to the Project Manager.
Reviews construction methodologies and work/job orders; recommends approval as per
compliance with the contract requirements and government regulations.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
