  • Implementation of Earned Value management system, to monitor Metronet’s Capital Projects for the Public Private Partnership upgrade of the London Underground., Contract value approximately £20bn over 30 years. This system is used to manage over 400 distinct active projects at a time. Rapid development to evolving requirements using Primavera P3e/c and Deltek Cobra with a requirement of minimal customisation.
  • Client required four weekly reporting of business critical data very early in the system design development process. Volume and speed requirements increased rapidly requiring innovative data processing solutions.
  • Definition and development of internal interfaces to allow efficient management and interchange of data.
  • Development and delivery of training program to planners and cost managers.
  • Extensive use of Primavera SDK and ODBC access for adhoc querying.
