  • Specification, development, implementation of Access / Visual Basic based Earned Value Management system to allow analysis, across eight remote project offices, allowing tracking of program, commercial and scope issues at a total program level.
  • Inherited, maintained and developed weekly reporting system used as the basis for project controls at a total program and remote project office level.
  • Development and implementation of Primavera P3 and Access based total program, which automated the integration and reporting from 10+ separate P3 programs.
  • All data systems were a combination of an Access backend with existing data sources (generally Excel or P3) used to combine data and create reports in Access / Excel / Word / PowerPoint as appropriate using Visual Basic automation.
