Key Achievements: Developed master schedule to monitor progress both of costs and schedule. Provided training and support to staff to operate improved planning techniques. Co-ordinated ‘Last Planner’ type weekly meetings. Negotiated changes of work sequence and scope to save 5 months from the master schedule, worth over £3 million to the client. Gained full familiarity with Primavera P3 and Suretrak applications, including both cost and schedule management.
