Job Description/Responsibilities

·           Prepare the integrated schedule based on the project scope and using the information received from procurement and construction departments

·           Preparation and allocation of weightage to activities based on quantities and workload

·           Analyze Critical path and Float 

·           Develop the necessary S – Progress Curve, Manpower Histograms, Actual vs Planned                                                                                                                                                

·           Coordinate and monitor project control activities and report on manpower, equipment, material and tooling requirements to ensure availability of timely, accurate information and forecasts      

·           Monitor, analyze, and forecast all schedule elements on the project, including changes and constraints

·           Review activity durations and logic sequences

·           Analyze daily productivity and report the weekly physical progress, based on actual completion units

·           Assess project schedule performance based on earned value analysis based on input from project leads and forecasts

·           Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Look ahead reports for client and internal MIS report

·           Provide schedule input to monthly reports

·           Advise on matters that could prevent meeting project objectives

·           Revision of actual/forecast dates vs target baseline, with identification/suggestion of possible recovery actions and/or mitigations and/or accelerations

·           Preparation of Monthly Billing

·           Preparation and negotiation of change orders and provide support during the ascertainment of quantum related to delay analyses

·           Monitor cost to identify trends and takes proactive measures to control costs

·           Manage the input of others necessary to complete the tasks

·           Preparation and replying of official letters and minutes of meetings

·           Document Management and Control of all relevant correspondence and data

·           Comply with the Quality Assurance procedures of the practice and industry

·           Actively cooperate with members of the project task force, client personnel and members of the department, as appropriate
