Analyzed and ensured that all required project documents and engineering deliverables are set up to establish a proper project baseline, and monitored progress against those to the critical path. Responsible for the following projects: EPC 166MW Power Generation Plant, EPC Power Plant Utilities, C Main Pipe Rack Erection approx. 16500 tons of steel structures in total, EC 200 man Temporary Offices and four 1000 m² each Warehouses. The role also includes claim analysis, setting and monitoring of targets and milestones against the Project Plan, producing resource plans, monitoring and tracking scope changes, undertaking information management & reporting.
