Responsible for the following scope: 190km of 24"-oil and 48"-gas onshore pipelines' construction, including 12 combined block valve sites, 190 river crossings and 5 seismic fault crossings. Developing, collating and updating plans for the project, reviewing progress reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Ensuring all required document is set up to establish a proper project baseline, and monitor progress against these to the critical path. Coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure that progress and delivery to project plans area maintained, using project targets and milestone monitoring. Assisting projects in the identification and management of issues, such as risk – ensuring issues are documented, evaluated, raised through the required channels and tracked through to resolution. Document and manage changes to the baseline Scope, Plan and Business Case from identification, impact analysis through to implementation.
