Aug 2009 to Present - Oil and Gas Production

Review approved work-orders, re-source required materials based from company’s standard pipe line and material specs. Draft job operation steps and man-hour. Create job-packs with the company’s standard requirement particularly flange bolt-torquing data as necessary. Attend/assist work order urgent materials and data requirements.

Job packs involves repair, PMR, modification (MOC’s) on piping and fittings, tubing, control valves, manual valves, relief valves, process instrument and control, pumps,  filters, vessels, coolers, heaters, generators, turbine and compressors.  

Create and update equipment BOM.

Oct 2007 to July 2009 – Petrochemical Production

Supervise and initiate repair and PMR on Electrical and Instrument equipments on Urea (Fertilizer) Handling equipments. Consist of motor conveyors and controls, Ship loading system, and Bagging equipment System. Involve in system up-grading projects and other related in house installation.  

            Feb1992 to Sept 2007 – Brewery Production

Supervise and initiate job for electrical and instrument maintenance on a Brewery plant (consist of Milling, Brewing, Filtering and Fermenting equipments). Involve in installation and wiring of electrical controls and process field instruments. Draft control and PLC program. Configure and commissioning of instruments and devices as per manufacturer guidelines and data.  

·         Field Electrical  Engineer

Mar 1990 to Feb 1992 – Industrial Plant Project 

Supervise electrical works such as conduiting, wiring and installation of lighting fixture and convenience outlets, motor and controllers, MCC’s, Power Transformers and grounding.   

Coordinate with other contractors for any field changes of civil and mechanical layout. Prepare shop drawings, and material-take off.
