  • Coordination with different project team members.
  • Contract Review and study
  • Study Drawings and BOQ (familiar with CSI Divisions)
  • Preparation of Baseline Schedule.
  • Cost and Resource Loading on Schedule.
  • Evaluation and awarding of subcontractors.
  • Following up subcontractors performance
  • Following up construction phase (Earnd Value).
  • Coordination with different project parties (emails - meetings).
  • Familiar with web based project documents system (Primavera Contract Manager - ProjNet )
