Key Role  :

ü  Ensures activities during assigned project execution are consistently performed in compliance with the established procedures.

ü  Making a planning/ Target Schedulebased on time frame of working, quantity and methodes.

ü  Arrange the resourses of materials, labors and equipment to support the finalizing of the work.

ü  Progressively re-measure the unit rate scope based on design and fabrication documents.

ü  Conducts site measures as required, and/ors take-offs from drawings leading to the preparation of bill of quantities.

ü  Review Subcontractor’s engineering document.

ü  Supervise Subcontractor’s work construction.

ü  To attend site inspection and also technical meeting.

ü  Monitoring and record daily progress of Subcontractor’s work
