Key Role              :

ü  Review the design of awarded project.

ü  Prepare all the requirement of feasibility study which consist of: alternative design, cost estimation, construction program, procurement planning, projected cash flow, etc

ü  Act as Liaison Engineer who coordinate with the Design Consultant, Sub Contractors, Vendors and all related Institution which involved in the process of feasibility study.

ü  Establish progress calculation system and maintain and report the daily, weekly and monthly progress to the client.

ü  Evaluate/tracking master schedule, weekly and monthly schedule and make projected schedule as a guideline schedule for construction activities.

ü  Establish master construction schedule comply to client schedule and prepare detail schedule related to construction method statement (using Primavera and or Microsoft Project)
