• Contract administration, claim and cost Analysis and control, recasting the project’s budget cost with C.P.M. concept, and reporting using earned value techniques.

• Maintain the current and baseline schedule, control budgets, analyze the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorization process.

• Close monitoring of activities with respect to agreed schedules & programs.

• Analysis of project performance - actual versus planned.

• Overall construction schedule and progress monitoring and trend forecast completion of the project.

• Measuring the work progress and issuing Periodical reports.

• Progress, drawing control reports, forecasting the activities completion based on daily performances etc.

• Coordination with contractors for drawings, materials and for work progress.

• Meetings, agenda preparation and involving for finalization of weekly /monthly programs.

• Development of statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and Estimation tools on future contracts / proposals.

• Experienced in preparing, controlling and following up the purchase orders from purchase requisition /sign the final contract to equipment delivery.

• Commitment Control and vendor/subcontractors invoice approval and Review of Procurement & Sub Contract deliveries.

• Preparation of change orders / claims, and follows up.

• Generation of monthly internal (PMR) / external status reports (client reports).

• Trouble shooting the areas of concern with suggestive action plan.
