1.      Supervising and superintending the day to day site activities to deliver production to the maximum rate with the required satisfying level of quality according to the project specs.

2.      Coordinating the materials (Formworks) recycle plan within the site to put them at the maximum level of efficiency

3.      Working with the planning dept. to create the project timeline schedule using Oracle's Primavera P6 for all the projects items of works including the mechanical and electrical.

4.      Assisting in the work of cost and resources analysis of the project along with the planning department.

5. Establishment of the projects sequence of activities, exporting them to Primavera P6 and linking between them to help in creating the project's schedule.

4. Minor Roles and activities that helped to gain other inter disciplinary skills such as:

   a. Quantity Surveying.

   b. Reporting and writing letters.

   c. Organizing and management of labor direct force

   d. Logistics work.

   e. Interpretation of the project specifications

   f. Risk Assessment for different elements that threatens the project success
