Job Description/Scope of work:

·         Responsible for technical supervision of building construction works, ensuring approved work          methodology is being followed and implemented by the subcontractors.

·         Joint Inspection with the client representatives together with our subcontractors at each phase of work.

·         Responsible for the preparation and submission of construction materials for clients review and approval.

·         Prepare rebar cutting list for building works.

·         Checks the monthly progress building works.

·         Monitors project accomplishments,

·         Prepares the computation of claims to be submitted to the subcontractors and suppliers.

·         Prepare weekly reports and monitoring plans of on-going projects.

·         Attend the weekly coordination meeting with the owner and subcontractors

·         Prepare detailed unit cost estimates and quantity take-offs of project
