Responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis of prices of materials and equipment for construction and engineering.

• Follow up the process that was signed with subcontractors and administration of subcontracts, monitor payments and the cost generated by them.

• Development of work programs and critical pathways.

• Preparation of progress reports and labor cost control.

• Monitoring customer billing and subcontractors.

• Control of man-hours monitoring of staff assigned to the project.

• Supporting the project manager in developing, updating and issuing revenue programs, reimbursable expenses estimated income, physical and financial progress.

• Prepare reports of personal administrative situations as well as monthly summaries of the progress of it.

• Preparation of progress reports and labor cost control.

• Support in developing proposals for tenders and construction supervision of civil and electromechanical works in the oil industry.
