May, 2018 - Evaluate the Baseline Schedule and recommends improvements regularly in order to fulfill any requirement in the Baseline/Revised Schedule.
- To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.
- To lead the project control aspects of a number of assigned projects concurrently, maintaining dashboards, and progress management reports
- Coordination and regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings, Site Management & Quality Controlling
- Application of various project progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables
- Analyze all project activities establishing well defined work activities, and create a detailed and properly sequenced project schedule
- Monitor the project by using the Earned Value Management Technique in order to maintain the Progress on track.
- Monitor actual job progress, compare to contract baseline and report progress against schedule to the Chief Resident Engineer and client as appropriate
- Mitigate risk by adopting recovery strategies for any identified project delays
