Responsibilities

·         Prepare / update Project Schedule & start up schedules

·         Prepare / update the schedule as per actual work done

·         Prepare the Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports / Charts

·         Tracking the Long Lead Items, Material and Drawing Logs

·         Prepare / update Cash Flow, S-curve& Manpower Histogram

·         Prepare the Fortnightly / Monthly Look Ahead Program (Primavera)

·         Prepare detailed project schedules and schedule analysis

·         Add the approved changes to the schedule

·         Conduct internal meetings with Project Engineers to acquire updated information on progress of the site with the actual and planned figures

·         Coordinate with Administration, Procurement, Finance departments for project requirements
