Position: General Supervisor

·         Supervise project to ensure strict adherence to architectural and structural design.

·         Define the scope of work

·         Work planning and control

·         Quality control

·         Preparing of weekly site report.

        Some Development/ Projects Directly Supervised and   completed include; Ramco Building

        Bin mammud, Residential Building at Al Wakara.

Position:   Project Engineer

·         Supervise projects ensuring strict adherence to architectural design, and evaluating cost implication of design changes when inevitable for key decisions.

·         Write Contractors certificates for Client payment.

·         Represent the Company at meetings, managing the firms various projects, designs and taking key decisions with consent from the Principal when unavailable.

·         Planning spaces/ Space management design- interior and exterior.

·         Define the Scope of work

·         Prepare full Architectural drawing and selecting other professionals who will work as a team with us in ensuring a timely, standard quality product for the Client.

·         Construction of various government and residential projects.

·         Some Development/ Projects directly supervised and completed include; Development of Kogi State Skill acquisition centre, Development of 400-seater Auditorium, Development of an Administrative Block, Renovation of Residential Building for Judiciary, Development of 3 Blocks of 6 flats Residential Building for the State Government, Construction of Millennium Development Goal Projects (Primary Health Care, Schools, and Drainage).
