ESR Technology is a company based in Chester, UK which provides Engineering, Risk, and Safety studies to Oil and Gas and Aviation industry.

Responsibilities and Achievements:

§  Responsible for risk assessment, safety studies, coming up with an innovative solution and delivering assigned tasks for the projects on time.

§  Achieved skills such as: Asset Integrity Management, Safety management System, Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, Business Risk Assessment, SWOT Analysis, HAZOP studies, helipad design and Airport Master Planning by participating in Aviation and Oil & Gas projects.

Projects:

ZADCO Logistics Strategy Review:Reviewing the current setup and planning of Logistics Department, assessing the current capacities if LG assets and infrastructures, forecasting the future requirements (UZ750), SWOT analysis, gap analysis

ZADCO Logistics Operational Readiness Plan (Implementation):Developing a roadmap for LG department to gradually manage required changes for catering future requirements, including expanding the fleet, change in design of infrastructure in UZ750, changing the booking system, linking key departments to LG.

ZADCO Apron Expansion design brief:Studying the issues related to the existing infrastructure and identifying the improvement points based on different types of operating aircrafts, HAZOP, designing a new apron for helicopters.

Najaf Airport Master planning (Aviation):Worked on a masterplan for changing a military airport to civilian airport (runway direction, runway design, ICAO imaginary surfaces design, obstacle clearance study).

PDO (Petroleum Development of Oman)(Aviation): Assistance in developing the Safety Management System of PDO private Airports based as per the ICAO standards including Airport operation manuals, Emergency Response Plan.

PDO (Petroleum Development of Oman)(Aviation): Assistance in developing the Maintenance Plan of PDO private Airports.

Sharjah Airport Aerodrome Manual(Aviation): Assistance in developing the Safety Management System of Sharjah Airport.

Abu-Dhabi Airport Met system relocation(Aviation): Studies as per ICAO standards for siting and relocation of MET systems with lowest impact on operation on a CAT III runway.

Saudi Aramco Asset Integrity Management (Oil & Gas): Saudi Aramco and BP standards Gap Analysis, Developing the RACI Charts and Process Maps for maintenance in Saudi Aramco.

ADMA-OPCO Integrity Management implementation guide (Oil & Gas): Gap analysis.

ADCO Corporate Asset Integrity Standards (Oil & Gas): Gap analysis.

Petrofac Asset integrity management –corrosion monitoring (Oil & Gas): Developing drawings for Corrosion test loops, Shell RBI software for identifying loops.

UK HSE C&I Ageing Plant (Oil & Gas): Developing a report on ageing in control and instrumentation equipments in plants and platforms in UK, the issues resulting ageing and risks related, ways to mitigate the risk, and preventative actions for Ageing.

Health and Safety procedures for ESR Technology’s Dubai’s office:Developed a new HSE and Emergency response procedure as per designs and UK HSE standards.
