BP Global Wells Organisation (GWO) – Engineering, Sunbury, UK
Assigned to the GWO Engineering organisation at BP’s HQ in Sunbury. Assisting the VP and Directors to manage Discipline Functional Plans (FP), from 16 Sub Discipline Managers, based in Sunbury, Aberdeen in UK and Houston in USA.
Trained to operate BP’s own Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) PlanIt software and to be the SIP champion for all the GWO Engineering teams.
FP’s initially developed in Excel Workbooks with resources, latter translated to Primavera P6 v 6.2. for forecasting and tracking.
Attend weekly conference calls with Houston and round the world locations on SIP and Planning matters.
Present updates and work look ahead’s to VP and 4 Directors at Leadership Team meetings
