May, 2011 - Liaising with the Project Manager on all project related matters.
- Prepare and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all project phases and contract scope of work.
- Develop high level schedule at EPC Contract Award stage.
- Analyze all contract and proposal data, establishing well-defined work activities and create a comprehensive, properly linked schedule.
- Responsible for keeping track of any changes, progress and issues, and adjusting the schedule and other project details as necessary.
- Monitoring the progress of the schedule by directly communicating with team members about their tasks.
- Assessing the impact of change requests on the project schedule and introducing them to the project schedule once they're approved.
- Reporting the progress of the project to the Project Manager directly.
- Ensuring all aspects of the project adhere to the budget and responsible for presenting Cash Flow Statements and Budget Forecast to Project Manager.
- Updating Engineering Deliverable List with progress weightings.
- Producing Construction program Look Ahead.
