Project Planner/ Quantity Surveyor and to include specification writing

• Responsible for project planning and scheduling of design projects
• Prepares time schedules and project budgeting using primavera system 
• Responsible for monitoring and inspecting all design projects as per planned.
• Prepares and computes quantities needed in the Bill of Quantities (CSI format)   take off
• Prepares needed specifications needed in the proposals/ tenders documents
