I was solely responsible for delivering the full recruitment cycle for the new independent project and manned the project fully to 240 heads within 3 months exceeding the stakeholder expectations and therefore increasing Aibel UK Ltd revenue.

  • Manage the Recruitment process ensuring the Global Recruitment Policy was adhered to including search and selection across all functions and disciplines
  • Devised Global Resourcing Strategy to incorporate local legislaton and talent in Norway, Kazakhstan, Angola, Thailand and Singapore
  • Ensure all potential candidates, to include Employees, Vendors(consultants & PSL) Hired-Ins(Ltd Status Contractors) are Due Diligenced in accordance with Compliance and Company policies
  • Manpower Planning for three large Oil & Gas Maintenance and Modification projects offshore and onshore from Tender through to Detailed Design to ensure all project milestones were delivered
  • Engaged and Managed PSL, continually evaluating performance and reviewing SLA’s
