Work Description:

1. Construct detailed work plans from approved and prioritized list of project and maintenance work orders that includes the necessary steps to perform the job, identify the material delivery and labour hours to complete each task.

2. Reports on status and financial matters by developing and updating project reports detailing status, cost, and schedule, assisting project managers by providing up to date project cost and forecast information, and assisting departmental staff with reports and information as necessary

3. Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern to management on which required action of the associate task member.

4. Monitor project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.

5. Contribute to the development of contract documents. Ensure that all contract key dates and milestones align with the overall integrated plan. Evaluate bid schedules and review contractor plans to support contract award recommendations.

6. Own the overall schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses. Develop status reporting framework and implement throughout the planning hierarchy. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project Management.

7. Develop and implement the change management process for projects. Provide guidance on trend analysis and the assessment of change impacts on cost.

8. Handle dispute resolution and claims planning matters on multiple projects, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis.

9. Ensure that the project planning parameters are accurately and constantly measured and inputted into the planning system, resulting in more realistic planning and provides realistic assumptions for projects.

Work Description:

1. Report directly to Project Manager on overall planning, project scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.

3. Assesses and identifies individual or group training needs, and administers plans, procedures and programs to meet training needs.

4. Detailed review of customer specifications such as PTS (Petronas Technical Spec, SHELL Design and Engineering Practise, comparing to ABB’s products and providing list of technical deviations of ABB’s product to the specifications.

5. In charge of the implementation of the Planning Monitoring Tools such as to prepare specific detailed schedules, to implement the Progress Monitoring System, forecast possible deviations, propose corrective actions as much as necessary to meet the reference.

6. Performs routine administration duties and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner with particular attention to deadlines for proposal development, meeting presentations and reports.

7. Liaise with ABB's units overseas to ensure uniform product structures and extract data for tender preparation.

8. Responsible for planning and scheduling activities for one or several projects or proposals.

9. Works proactively to set customer expectation to assure a smooth project including acceptance of project deliveries and timely payment even under challenging circumstances.

10. Communicate and make sure the information flow of design requirement, risk declaration and mitigation clearly with customer and vendor to achieve the project execution.

11. Review of supplier and sub supplier documentation such as related quality plans and test plan.

Work Description:

2. Required to make decision concerning product quality, improvement activity in relation to customer feedback and continuous improvement activity.
