Ø  Preparation for baseline schedule for new project.

Ø  Preparation of Monthly Progress report & % accumulations wrt S curve.

Ø  Updating schedule from progress measurement.

Ø  Preparation of Baseline schedule of Equipment & Piping Insulation.

Ø  Progress monitoring using S curves, Productivity & Efficiency.

Ø  Coordination with all departments, to avid delay of materials & equipments.

Ø  Analysis of job reports & Subsequent action if any delay.

Ø  Update schedules; generate reports to client as weekly/Monthly.

Ø  Controlling progress reports from subcontractors.

Ø  Delays & Low productivity highlighted to the concerned departments heads.

Ø  Preparation of 2 weeks & 6 months look ahead schedule in weekly basis.

Ø  Manage resource to achieve contract completion within time.

Ø  Schedule and conduct project meetings with contractor, client and staff.
