Managing planning department from head office.

Up to 25 projects at a time including a R650 million E&I project for Siemens at Kusile Power station and R110 Million Access control projects for Honeywell at Medupi and Kusile power stations.

Manage and audit site planners and training of new planners in the NIC structure.

Attending contractual meetings with the clients on a monthly basis on sites ranging from Johannesburg, Secunda, Rustenburg, Richards bay, Sasolburg, Ressano Garcia (Mozambique) and Kathu.

Weekly compiled Report to the Construction Director including reports received from site planners.

Presenting progress to CEO and board monthly including look a-heads and S-Curves.

Developing the NIC planning department to facilitate the introduction of ISO registration including the report back system from site to HO and the integration of planning, costing and site efficiency in one spreadsheet.

Chair the team building baseline project plans for all new contracts utilizing MS Projects or Primavera P6 depending on client specification.
