ü  Planning & scheduling of construction / bidding projects using Primavera and or MS Project.

ü  Preparing technical documents for the projects bidding, as required in RFQ, in conjunction with Estimators and Project Managers.

ü  Establish progress monitoring and measurement system based on Earned Value Method.

ü  Preparing progress reports weekly and monthly.

ü  Progress reporting and negotiation with clients.

ü  Delay analysis based on the planned values and earned value per discipline.

ü Produce & prepare resource histogram initially based on the estimated mar-hours & and prorate basis.

ü  Monitor resource utilization during the project; highlighting & monitoring overruns and variance.

ü  Continuously updating schedule, based on the current SoW.

ü  Allotting cost codes and keeping track of the jobs based on the original SoW and increased or added SoW.

ü  Preparing micro schedules to track the activities on the lower levels in-order to interim project milestones.

ü  Preparing MOM for project progress meetings.

ü  Change management – Identify SoW according to the contract documents & additional jobs arise, highlighting the changes to client and negotiation on the cost and additional timing required.

ü  Estimation of resources required for the Project, based on the quantity identified.

ü Supervision and monitoring performance of subordinates.

ü  Monitoring the document controlling and preparing summary report.

ü  Review of the plans & schedules submitted by the subcontractors.

ü  Risk analysis.
