- Responsible for development of contractually binding schedule - Concept to Commissioning
on Primavera 6v7 reflecting all functional & execution deliverables
- IntegrationofEPC Schedules into overall Projectschedule and interface with internal/
external clients
- Direct project control activities and responsible for effective execution of Project Controls
programs on assigned projects
- Develop, interpret, and execute policy, objectives and standards applicable to schedule and
cost control
- Prepare, coordinate and direct Project Review Meetings
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Schedule Variance Reports and ensuring
Project Integrity
- Schedule performance,Critical Path Analysis and float management carried out to
highlight project scenario to higher management
-Resource Tracking mechanism developed for efficient project progress tracking
- Introduced concept of MIS Reports, S-curve model for quantity based tracking of
