Construction of Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) Provincial Head Quarter Building (14 – storied RCC Structure) - As a Junior Project Engineer assist project team for Construction Management of Provincial Head Quarter Building (Height 170ft/52meter), Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) Building.  It is a 14 storied RCC fame structure with two basements and one lower ground floor, the total covered area of the building is 230,000 Sft/21,500SqM. Responsible for assisting team in project Cost Estimation for tendering, review Master/Baseline Schedule of the project submitted by contractor, Updating and monitoring progress w.r.t Baseline Schedule, review and supervise all daily, weekly and monthly reports, attend Progress Meetings with contractor, valuation of Contractor’s Claim, liaising with other team members and the client.
