Crossrail Project (2009 – 2010)

Working within the Programme Partner (Transcend) team for the Crossrail project based in Canary Wharf, London. Crossrail is Europe's largest construction project (@£15bn) and will add 10% to the capacity of public transport in the capital.  When completed in 2018, Crossrail will be the biggest addition to the transport network of London and the South East for 50 years. Responsible for the following work packages: Rolling Stock and Depot Procurement, Systems Engineering, Canary Wharf Station, Woolwich Station, Depot Works at Old Oak Common, London Underground Interface Works and Oversite Developments. Role within the Transcend team covered the following key elements: Full Lifecycle Planning, Management of Key Interface Milestones, Level 1 Strategic Planning and Reporting (including scenario modelling), QEI Time Chainage, Cost Profiling and Financial Modelling.
