Responsible for the planning and cost submission into Northrop Grumman relating to the Astor project. This involved contract negotiations in Baltimore, USA and subsequent Subcontract and Design Authority responsibilities within the UK. General Dynamics Contract order value was $150million of the total project value of $720million.
Prior to Astor, Set up and ran F-16 TARS programme from initial bid submission through to contract award and subsequent development through to ultimate delivery to the client, Lockheed Martin Fairchild Systems.
