Detailed below are projects undertaken in the period 1990 through 1994 including several repeat business assignments. Some assignments were concurrent involving keeping multiple Clients satisfied:

 ICL Peritas:Ran project management and AMS Realtime training courses for ICL staff at their Windsor site.

 Symonds Group:Developed and applied structured planning and reporting processes for use by Symonds in the DSS Prime proposal. This involved a consortium, including Symonds, bidding for the Facilities Management for all DSS properties in the UK over a period of 20 years. This comprised more than 900 properties with a portfolio value in excess of £1billion. This culminated in the consortium winning the project in April 1998.

 Computing Devices (now General Dynamics UK Ltd.):Responsible for the development and implementation of a structured project planning system using Schedule Publisher. Works relating to the Advanced Tactical Air Reconnaissance System (ATARS) to be used on the F/A-18 fighter aircraft developed by Computing Devices, Hastings on behalf of the client, Loral.

 EastMidlands Airport: Responsible from the initial feasibility assessments through to development of phased construction plans associated with the redevelopment of East Midlands Airport.

 British Nuclear Fuels Limited (BNFL, Manchester):Employed to develop and set up the planning model for the Silo Sludge Sorting Facility.

 Bovis Lehrer McGovern: Responsible for the initial set-up of project execution plans on Primavera P3 in relation to the redevelopment of Manchester Airport Terminal 1.

 Symonds Travers Morgan:Responsible for the planning of the Symonds design package for the Oresund Bridge project comprising £450m of the total project value of £3.3 billion. The project comprised a combined 17km road / rail bridge and tunnel linking Malmo in Sweden and Copenhagen in Denmark via the artificial island at Pepparholm.

 IBM: Seconded to work at IBM North Harbour site setting up and running a team of planners producing detailed project plans using Schedule Publisher in relation to the development of the New En-Route Control Centre (NERC) to replace the existing Air Traffic Control Centre at West Drayton.

 Railtrack, Major Projects Division: Initially taken on to project manage the procurement, refurbishment and fit out of two offices in York and Leeds in readiness for the inception of Railtrack MPD. Works included all IT and Telecoms systems, links and interfaces. Timescale from initial lease negotiations to occupation was 7 weeks. Retained by Railtrack post 1/4/94 as Project Services Manager, responsible for setting up and running the Project Services Team, including all computer systems and appropriate training to manage an annual portfolio of schemes to the value of £65m across 5 primary clients, directing a team of 13 staff (including: Cost, Planning, IT and project support).

 GEC Marconi Avionics Limited: Responsible for co-ordinating the planning and project management function in relation to the development of the Communications System for the Merlin Helicopter project.

 Kodak Limited: Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a fully integrated planning system relating to the Flow Process Improvement projects at the Company's Annesley site producing all 35mm and 120 format film for Europe and Asia.

 Kvaerner Boving:Developed retrospective plans for Claim preparation purposes in relation to the Sizewell 'B' refurbishment project.

 CrossRail Parliamentary Team: Undertook several project management and software training assignments within the project office using Schedule Publisher software.
