Hamza Associates – Construction Management and Construction Supervision of 1612 Housing units in Wade El-Shatti area – Libya – an 150 million USD cost project (www.hamza.org).

Position:  Site Civil engineer (Since December 2009).

Major Responsibilities:

·      Inspecting and approving all Civil items according to specifications and “AECOM – www.aecom.com” PMD requirements.

·      Following contractor daily reports which contain man power, resources, machines, worked hours and worked items.

·      Following contractor weekly schedule and check If he going on, preceding or late.

·      Following contractor weekly and monthly progress and compare with the actually progress which I made.

·      Quantity survey and calculate monthly percentage complete.
