Establishing an Integrated master schedule, combining 1A infrastructure works, 1A Early Works and 1B Shopping Centre works, providing a fully logic linked programme with defined interface activities, that forms the contractual baseline to which the scheme adheres to.

Establishing a specific 1B Programme that would make up one of the 3 monthly submissions which makes up the Integrated Master Schedule.
