•Managed and led a team of interdepartmental coworkers from the finance and engineering departments to plan, build, and implement a new master scheduling software and methodology. Also trained same team in project scheduling best practices, which they later became permanent members of the scheduling team. •Created and implemented master production schedules in alignment with program management forecasts for multiple engine lines using MS Project, ProChain, and advanced MS Excel and MS Access techniques. •Participated in value stream mapping to improve schedule lead times and production flow. Interviewed floor shop experts on production times and activities to produce a better schedule.
