•Managed and led a team of interdepartmental coworkers from the finance and engineering departments to plan, build, and implement a new master scheduling software and methodology. Also trained same team in project scheduling best practices, which they later became permanent members of the scheduling team. •Created and implemented master production schedules in alignment with program management forecasts for multiple engine lines using MS Project, ProChain, and advanced MS Excel and MS Access techniques. •Participated in value stream mapping to improve schedule lead times and production flow. Interviewed floor shop experts on production times and activities to produce a better schedule. Built pilot schedule in MS Project with ProChain to test out Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) based on Theory of Constraints. •Implemented project management skills within the Finance department for process improvements. •Responsible for the budget for Master Scheduling and has to monitor actuals to meet annual budget since I reported to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) directly. •Conducted new business transition project planning and scheduling
