Managed sub-contractors (YEDL & Western Power) during the lifetime of the £180 million fibre network delivery project

Managed and delivered £3 million of electrical connections in the network including design, costs, civils and reconciliation for 1364 locations, ahead of schedule and within budget.

Day to day planning of connections to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met

Weekly meetings with sub-contractor to assess programme delivery and address and resolve any issues raised

Initial site visits to assist in design of electrical connections to reduce reconciliation and ensure accurate costs and quotes

Managing variations to minimise impact to project.

Dealing with 3^rd parties (Morrisons - Civils Contractor, Wayleave departments within YEDL and Western Power) to assist subcontractor in delivering end product.

General Reporting to management (all Levels)

Managed sub-contractor (North Midlands Construction) for first 6 months of the project in respects to network build and plinth construction.  Dealing with general construction issues, ensuring HSE compliance and monitoring progress against  contract and customer requirements and against original project plan.
