Project Description:

Ä  Project                    :           Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Project for ADGAS on Das Island, UAE to receive, dehydrate and compress 900 MMScfd of Gas from 3 Trains.

Ä  Description            :           HHI is contracted with an EPCC contract for 1.2 Billion USD to execute an (IGD) Project on DAS Island for expansion of Liquefied Natural gas production capacity beside the existing plant. The new Project facility consists 3 Trains to compress gas each with capacity of 300 MMScfd each. Plant is designed to receive, dehydrate and compress before export to Habshan through a new 30” pipeline for further processing into LNG and storage before sending to Ruwais Refinery for further fractionation.

Ä  IGD Project a fully fledged project with Onshore scope consisting of Gas inlet receiver & slug catchers, Gas De-Hydration and Gas Compression for each Train (3 Trains), Fuel Gas Treatment for Gas Turbine, KO Drums, HP & LP Flare, Plant Utilities consisting of IA & N2 regenerator, with other necessary plant utilities like Fire Water, Oily Drain, F&G etc. Hook-up to the existing plant and storage facilities of ADMA-OPCO.

Ä  Offshore Construction scope consisting of a 120 Mtr long Jetty beside the new plant, Flares installed in shallow sea water with 7 Jackets, HP & LP Flare Towers, Breakwater on the northwest side of the plant in Persian Gulf Sea.

Responsibilities

ÄDemonstrated skill and ability in monitoring Project primary, secondary and construction Milestone start, finish, early start and finish dates, Forecasted completion dates. Milestone completion certificates, micro level WBS and scheduling of construction activities, tracking of daily progress and percentages, advising construction teams of critical activities for system /module / area wise. Review the Daily, Weekly, Monthly project progress reports before submission to client. Monitor schedule critical path, conduct Risks analysis, prepare and advice on mitigation plans for recovery, Variations. Monitor and review physical progress measurement process, interface between disciplines / departments, coordination and arranging necessary training of client personnel’s, coordination on Mechanical completion & Pre-commissioning, commissioning activities.

ÄCoordinating with vendors, monitor vendor mobilisation as per project requirements during construction, commissioning phases. Procurement monitoring and coordination. Coordination with client on a daily basis.

ÄRepresenting PM & PCM in client and internal daily weekly meeting, updating PM & PCM on the meetings, Project status monitoring, updating PM & PCM on critical issues for intervention if required on important issues, handling all communications with client, suppliers, vendors (General & Contractual), Provides regular project reporting to PM, PCM Executive management, stake holders and ensure adequate communication.

ÄCoordinate interfaces between client, stake holders & disciplines to ensure efficient hand over of the Projects.

ÄMonitor the progress of activities of Engineering Design, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning are appropriately coordinated on all Projects, and Interfaces between the client, construction teams and other subcontractors, vendors are properly managed and coordinated without compromising the Quality, Schedule and Cost requirements.

ÄAssist PM in setting & monitoring the project performance targets and be responsible to closely monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure Performance Targets are met on time.

ÄParticipates in all project management key aspects and ensure that the appropriate project execution and contracting strategies procedures are applied in smooth execution of project

ÄMonitor performance of projects and other concurrent activities analyze risk situations that might impact the project activities and provide early warning on potential interfaces and risk factors, and take proactive control where required to mitigate.

ÄParticipates in presentations, meetings with contractors and claim evaluations.

ÄTook structured approach in participating and implementing safe work practices, HSE initiatives, Site HSE audits, TRA / JHA meetings, HAZID and HAZOP Reviews and reporting progress & status to stake holders & management.

ÄParticipate and execute any other reasonable project duties as delegated by PM & PCM.

Project Description:

ÄProject                     : Major Over Haul of Crude Oil Storage Tanks 3 Nos for ADMA OPCO at Das Island, UAE along with refurbishment of LNG storage tanks, LPG Tanks, necessary piping and strengthening of structures and pipe supports for LNG jetty piping.

ÄDescription              : The project includes mechanical repair works on the Shell, Structures (Stair Towers, Wind Girders, Piping supports) Painting of Double Shell floating roof tanks including repairs & modification of piping, dismantling & replacing the existing Double deck roof with new double deck roof including Design Engineering.

Responsibilities

ÄScope Description     :           Design engineering, Procurement, construction, commissioning of Additional Steam Column Generator in an existing Refinery to enhance the efficiency of RFCC area.

ÄHeat Recovery Steam Generator, Pump Skids, Chemical dosing skid, Valve Stations, Piping with Tie-INs to existing plant piping & LNG & petroleum products storage tank farm area, utility piping along with sea water intake pipeline; Piling & Civil Equipment Foundations, Operating Platform structure for Valves station, Area Lighting, necessary E&I Tie-ins & DCS modifications, Pre-commissioning and assistance to client during commissioning.

Responsibilities:
