Project Description:

Ä  Project                    :           Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Project for ADGAS on Das Island, UAE to receive, dehydrate and compress 900 MMScfd of Gas from 3 Trains.

Ä  Description            :           HHI is contracted with an EPCC contract for 1.2 Billion USD to execute an (IGD) Project on DAS Island for expansion of Liquefied Natural gas production capacity beside the existing plant. The new Project facility consists 3 Trains to compress gas each with capacity of 300 MMScfd each. Plant is designed to receive, dehydrate and compress before export to Habshan through a new 30” pipeline for further processing into LNG and storage before sending to Ruwais Refinery for further fractionation.

Ä  IGD Project a fully fledged project with Onshore scope consisting of Gas inlet receiver & slug catchers, Gas De-Hydration and Gas Compression for each Train (3 Trains), Fuel Gas Treatment for Gas Turbine, KO Drums, HP & LP Flare, Plant Utilities consisting of IA & N2 regenerator, with other necessary plant utilities like Fire Water, Oily Drain, F&G etc. Hook-up to the existing plant and storage facilities of ADMA-OPCO.

Ä  Offshore Construction scope consisting of a 120 Mtr long Jetty beside the new plant, Flares installed in shallow sea water with 7 Jackets, HP & LP Flare Towers, Breakwater on the northwest side of the plant in Persian Gulf Sea.

Responsibilities

ÄDemonstrated skill and ability in monitoring Project primary, secondary and construction Milestone start, finish, early start and finish dates, Forecasted completion dates. Milestone completion certificates, micro level WBS and scheduling of construction activities, tracking of daily progress and percentages, advising construction teams of critical activities for system /module / area wise. Review the Daily, Weekly, Monthly project progress reports before submission to client. Monitor schedule critical path, conduct Risks analysis, prepare and advice on mitigation plans for recovery, Variations. Monitor and review physical progress measurement process, interface between disciplines / departments, coordination and arranging necessary training of client personnel’s, coordination on Mechanical completion & Pre-commissioning, commissioning activities.

ÄDescription              : The project includes mechanical repair works on the Shell, Structures (Stair Towers, Wind Girders, Piping supports) Painting of Double Shell floating roof tanks including repairs & modification of piping, dismantling & replacing the existing Double deck roof with new double deck roof including Design Engineering.
