Job Description:

·         In charge in preventive and predictive maintenance using condition monitoring systems for Rotating Equipments such as Picolog, marlin test, SKF Micro Logger (CMVA-65) in vibration analysis reports.

·         Supervises preventive maintenance workforce for the Plant during breakdown, Power plant revisions and repair during off milling season.

·         Supervises Work force for rehabilitation of assessed mechanical equipments e.g. process pumps, compressors, RGUs and mechanical drives of the power plant.

·         Review and evaluate drawings of parts, assemblies and equipments of the Power Plant.

·         Maintain preventive maintenance for the assigned Mechanical equipments and structures.

·         Provide technical presentation during monthly production performance meetings.

·         Supervises Machine Shop workloads and spares support for the Power Plant in general.

Assisting Maintenance Superintendent in Planning and work scheduling of repairs and maintenance of power plant prime mover / equipments.
