Head of Project Planning

Responsible for the overall management of the Project Planning activities and scheduling for european activities, from Tender-stage until end of contract execution, over the portfolio of Large Export Projects.

Member of the Management Committee of Hydro Europe Projects (around 350 peoples that handle 400 M€ of contract per year).

Manage about 25 peoples establish in 13 locations in Europe + Turkey.

Leader of the stream planning of the "CASH FOCUS" approach for the region: conception and deployment of a process and a methodology to improve the management of the cash flow of the projects that has been also ingested and deployed by all the other regions.

Coordination of the load management of the departments: set-up and monitoring of a process of coordination meetings operation / projects in each of the locations to improve load coordination.
