Mr. Mustafa, Project management & control responsibilities include development and implementation of project control systems & also managing procurement, material submittal schedules, project documents systems, contingency planning, resource analysis, cost control techniques, cash flow requirements and reporting. They also include contract administration through its main four items (committed and budgeted contracts, shop drawing and submittals, requisitions and change management) by means of good knowledge of International standards, contract conditions and latest computerized project control software.

His skills also include:

·         Preparing Preliminary cost estimates from sketches and statements of requirements.

·         Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools for budgetary control.

·         Preparing lists of items and producing bills of quantities for tendering purposes.

·         Monitoring changes of design and assesses effects on costs.
