Planner for Exchanger & Furnace Maintenance works in TA-2007 under BAPCO planning team

 

  • Preparation of T/A hourly schedule base line schedule
  • Resource Loading and resource levelling
  • Preparation of 'S' Curve based on Man-hours
  • Monitoring the progress in Hourly basis.
  • Preparation of Daily progress report & area of concern
  • Analyze the critical activity and found the solution with Bapco shutdown team & shutdown engineer.
  • Preparation of variation for additional scope, which is found during the maintenance
