MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop fully base lined, resource loaded, labor cost and logic linked project schedule in accordance with the Client’s management and planning processes. 

2. Lead the formulation and analysis of Project Recovery Schedules by convening and meeting with Construction Managers and Project Engineers of the different disciplines to discuss alternative plan and strategies in order to meet the required milestone dates.

3. On a weekly basis, presents and discuss to the Project Manager the Schedule analysis and status of the Project showing the variances in every areas, Impact of procurement to the construction schedule, look ahead schedule, activities causing delays and areas where to recover delays.

4. Review of cost and planning data in order to optimize activities or to identify any delay or conflicts within schedule, and to identify these to Project Manager and Cost Engineer

5. Attends to the weekly Construction Progress meeting of Project Management Team and EPCC Contractor in order to discuss and raise concerns on the Schedule and Project Status
