Organizing the Works as per the Schedule, Organizing the men and material required for the works, preparation of daily site reports, quality monitoring, safety monitoring, logistics management and co-ordination, follow-up on purchase orders, prepare sub contractor bills, ensure timely submission of documents like, PQ, Method of Statements, Shop drawings, material samples etc… Follow-up on RFI’s and assist the team completing the works on time etc…….
