Projects Undertaken:

Project: Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning of Strategic Gas Transmission Project, worth USD 880 million (Rs 3636 crores), from Qatar Petroleum.

Synopsis:The project includes lying 211 km of pipeline with associated stations and infrastructure including pipe rack structures and buildings. The project will transport 2000 MMSCFD1of sweet lean gas from Ras Laffan to different consumers via 36 inch diameter pipelines.

• Led the construction of pipeline, including crossings for 25 km
• Led the construction of station control room building, storm water drainage, 45000sqm interlocks, foundation installation, pipe rack and car shed construction, cable trenches, fire water line valve pits and trenches ,light poles, tank foundation, pump house and corrosion inhibitor shed construction
• Led the construction of 3.3 km asphalt road (7.3m wide) consisting of 17 gas pipeline culverts, 10 duct banks, 72 light poles

Management trainee

·         Assist in preparing planning schedules for the site work (manpower, machinery, materials and equipment resources and forward planning)

·         Prepare quality plans for civil and structural works of the site in line with the project progress.

·         Ensure and oversee the following tasks among foreman are properly executed in a timely time frame of delivery:

Ø  Surveying works are executed as plan and fixing salient co ordinates as per requirements.

Led the construction of 81 piles, pile cap, tie beam, column, beam, slab, up to first floor.
