Principal Programme Controls Manager, 2012 Programme.

Directly responsible for 3 teams of Project Control staff consisting of PCM’s, Project Planners and Planning Assistants covering the three locations of work that were being implemented for the 2012 programme at Stratford Station, East London Line & North London Line.  Implement a co-ordinated reporting timescale with a consistent use and governance of the NR systems, reporting templates, Oracle Projects and Primavera P3e.  Assist the Project Director and at times lead the 4 weekly period end reviews with the project teams, sponsors, finance and commercial representatives.
