Project: 1 X 1000 MW Coal fired Supercritical Boiler

• Implementing and supervision of mill, pulverizer and boiler installation for Power Plants of capacity 1000 MW.

• To ensure planning, scheduling & timely execution of all Mechanical Erection & Commissioning related work of 1 X 1000 MW Power Project at site.

• Good knowledge of boiler components, including pressure parts, pre assembly, structure erection of Heavy equipment with specific experience of preparation of lifting plan.

• Coordinate with project team for the preparation of weekly progress report, monthly progress report ,erection procedures/project execution plan such as steel structure, mill pulverizer and other reports as and when required which also include periodic review and update of the schedule.

• Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention. Discuss with project team to identify mitigating measures.

• Proactive member of the operations team and as such contribute to the planning and execution of programs to deliver the company’s strategy.

• Prepare and maintain project plans covering activities, time, costs, commitments, manpower and other key milestones for all priority assets.

• Ensure that the work of the Contractor is implemented in accordance with the Contract.

• Coordinate with project site team and the procurement team on the delivery of the equipment and materials on site.Project: 1 X 1000 MW Coal fired Supercritical Boiler
