·         Prepared detailed construction schedule with varied WBS as per the requirement of the site manager, project manager and subcontractor for specialities.

·         Developed Level III construction schedules, and reviewed contractor's Level IV construction schedules for logic, durations, and manpower loading accuracy.

·         Raised RFI’s, RFP’s, RFB’s for the required work scope.

·         Developed detailed construction schedule for the complete scope and got approval.

·         Updated the project on biweekly basis using software primavera Ver 3.5

·         Developed Level III construction schedules, and reviewed contractor's Level IV construction schedules for logic, durations, and manpower loading accuracy.

·         Identified the delayed areas of projects, preparing back-up plans in weekly reports and coordinating with different departments to expedite.
