I have 34 years experience in Project Management within a Performance based contractual Engineering, Aerospace, Defence environment.

I have a thorough knowledge and experience of Risk, Project planning and Project Management processes and applications.  I have worked with products in all phases of a product life cycle from Project Definition to Customer support following development and release of a product.

Whilst I understand the need for governance I do enjoy working outside the box

• Exceeded all business stretch target Cash, Margin, and Orders in four years in a row
• Completed final delivery of ~£ 13M Commonwealth Additional to Contract Work orders
• Agreed new MO with the Australian Defence Material Organisation (DMO) for the repair and maintenance of the Commonwealth WVRAAM fleet
• With only minor issues maintained Customer required Serviceability across the entire WVRAAM fleet over the past 5 years
• Project Managed the delivery of two Missile Software Maintenance Loads
• Developed and maintained an excellent working relationship with the Australian Defence Materiel Organisation
