·         I created and maintained programme and projects plans across all phases of the project at SMAAH, Sacret Heart, and ECLC Project

·         I updated schedules daily as well as making daily physical checks on the progress and man-power expenditure to show all trends, status and forecast.

·         Maintained Planner’s Report to produce a brief weekly / monthly report covering the programme status, key productivity measure, nature and extent of changes in month, summary progress and critical activities to be focussed on for the next month.

·         Designed and implemented an organisational project structure that works effectively and maximises efficiency.

·         Created and monitored estimates to complete (ETCs) / estimates at completion (EACs).
