An 18 hole PGA golf course accommodating 1050 residential units of different size supported by an international school, hotel and country club.

 

  • Bahrain City Centre Complexes (2008 to 2011), $210 million, Client: MAF Properties.

Shopping complex with associated two numbers 5 star hotels spanning across an area of more than 10,000 sq. meters with cine complexes.

BahrainBayis mix of commercial, residential and retail spaces with construction of the two anchor developments-the Four Seasons hotel and global headquarters building for Arcapita.

 

  • District Cooling Project, Bahrain (2007 to 2009), $120 million, Client: Tabreed.

District cooling systems produce chilled water at a central plant and pipe that energy out to individual buildings for air conditioning use.

35 storey commercial complexes consisting of 6 floors of parking and 29 floors of commercial offices located at the heart of Diplomatic area in Bahrain.
